Ann Arbor Restaurant “Spencer” Draws National Attention

Just a few blocks from your Ann Arbor accommodation is a relatively new, but delicious, addition to the local culinary scene, Spencer Restaurant.

Spencer, a San Francisco-style neighborhood bistro, was recently mentioned by the venerable New York Times as having “food of substance” in it’s recent review.

The Batsheva Dance Company, Close to Your Hotel in Ann Arbor Michigan in Early 2017

The University Musical Society will present the North American premiere of Ohad Naharin’s most recent performance piece “Last Work” on January 7th and 8th, performed by 18 dancers from the renowned Batsheva Dance Company.

The venue is The Power Center, only blocks from your Ann Arbor accommodation, on the campus of the University of Michigan’s campus.

The show starts at 8:00 p.m. on the 7th and 2:00 p.m. on the 8th.

There will also be a pre-performance lecture at 7:30 in the lobby of the Power Center on the 7th and a Q & A with some of the dancers after the show.

Once bowl season concludes, Coach Jim Harbaugh will be busy finalizing another top-ten recruiting class. Recently Michigan was able to flip Donovan Jeter a four-star Defensive End originally committed to Notre Dame. Jeter said Coach Harbaugh was the “the coolest dude I ever met in my life.”
