Check in is guaranteed at 4pm.

Are late checkouts available?

They are limited based on occupancy and availability and only given out the day of departure.

Can I check in early?

Early check-in is limited based on availability after 2pm.

What are the hours of the fitness facility?

24-hour access

What are the hours of breakfast?

7am – 10am

What foods are served for breakfast?

We have a buffet style breakfast with a variety of hot and cold fresh made foods.

Are pets allowed?

We only allow service animals, not emotional support animals.

WHAT ARE YOUR ADA ACCOMMODATIONS?

We have accessible guest rooms and property-wide accommodations including: luggage assistance, wheelchair-accessible entrances and exits, wheelchair lift to the elevator, wheelchair-accessible routes throughout the hotel, accessible public restrooms, accessible breakfast and refreshment area, accessible check-in and checkout procedures, and ADA guest room kits. On Site Parking

We offer valet parking for $25 per day, unlimited access in and out. Valet hours are from 7am – 11pm.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

  • For regular bookings, 1 night(s) room and tax penalty if cancellation occurs within within 24 hours of arrival time (4pm eastern time).
  • Group bookings are subject to a 3-day (72 hour) cancellation policy.
  • Football Weekends and Graduation fall under our Special Event policy. Full deposits are required and those deposits are 75% refundable up to 30 days before the date of arrival and are completely non-refundable within 30 days.
