We’ll leave the other off this list for now cause you can have their pizza in just about every hotel in America. Cottage Inn gives you the best of both worlds with carry-out/delivery locations as well as the dine in experience at the Original Cottage Inn, which is just a five minute walk from the hotel. If you’re here on the first Wednesday of the month, check to see if there are any tickets left to the comedy showcase at the Original Cottage Inn. Over the past few months, their comedy cellar has hosted some of the most popular currently-touring comedians.
Anthony’s Gourmet
For many residents, there is only one place in Ann Arbor to get authentic Chicago-Style stuffed pizza and that place is Anthony’s Gourmet Pizza (well, since there are two locations now, I guess there are technically two places you can get great stuffed pizza). Regardless, Anthony’s offers multiple specialty pizzas like the Popeyes Special or the Carnivore’s Delight.
Anthony’s has one location at 1924 Packard St. and the other is at 1508 N. Maple.

Domenico, Mauro, and John moved from Italy to New York and then to Ann Arbor, and throughout the entire journey they made and continue to make pizzas.

MANI Osteria
MANI means “hands-on” in Italian and specializes in traditional artisanal Italian pizzas (baked in a traditional wood-fired oven) If you prefer pizza’s like a Margherita or a Blanco Verde MANI Osteria is the place for you (they have received rave reviews from everyone from Food and Wine magazine to Travel and Leisure).
You will find Mani Osteria located at 341 E. Liberty.
Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina
Luciano Del Signori is a three-time James Beard Award-nominated chef but his start came working in his Italian parent’s kitchen in Livonia Michigan. Chef Del Signori adds no commercial yeast or sugar to his dough using a traditional Biga fermentation process and uses only the finest ingredients.
